Brass Compression Male Iron Adapter is used for connecting two lengths of pipe with one end having a pipe connection and the other a male thread. They require no special tools or soldering for installation, just tightened with a spanner. It creates a mechanical joint by compressing the ring onto the tube. It is designed for use in hot or cold water systems as well as heating and low pressure gas installations. The joint can be made on wet pipe work and can be dismantled and re-built.
