Two RGB employees recognised by industry publication

Two members of our Head Office team have been named as 'ones to follow' by leading industry publication the Builders Merchants Journal.

Lauren Beardsley, Digital Marketing Executive, and Sarah Daniel, Product Performance Controller, have been selected as bright stars of the builders merchants industry for always going above and beyond in their roles.

Having begun her career at RGB in 2015, Lauren is responsible for growing our brand through our online presence. She has developed new websites for RGB and two of our sister companies and maintains our social media presence encouraging engagement with customers.

Sarah started at RGB as our first female apprentice in 2012 and has worked across many areas of the company. Her willingness to learn and make suggestions for improvements impressed from the outset and, following the completion of her apprenticeship, she was offered a full-time position. Sarah received the Builders Merchants Federation Young Achiever Award for 2018.

Jenny Naylor, HR Director at RGB, commented: "RGB would not continue to be a success without our fantastic team, and Lauren and Sarah fully deserve to be recognised for the roles they play. They are both dedicated, hardworking and integral members of our Head Office team."
