Following our earlier communication about our closure from 5pm tonight, I would like to update regarding our plans to fulfil essential work, in line with the Government guidelines.
All essential orders/enquiries should be e-mailed in the first instance, to firstname.lastname@example.org. It would be helpful if you could include the name of your local branch, your address, along with your account name and number if applicable.
We will respond to your email as promptly as possible, during what would otherwise be our normal trading hours. Namely, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm and Saturday 8.00am to noon (we are closed bank holidays).
Our criteria for essential orders will be in line with Government guidelines to support COVID-19 projects and members of our community, with the support of our customers, who have identified work that is permitted within the guidelines.

We will keep you updated in relation to our plans and timescales to reopen. Information will be shared via our social media feeds and via e-mail as appropriate.
