Customer Notice Following Government Announcement 23rd March 2020

Following the announcement last night from the Government, we have taken the decision to close all RGB Branches today the 24th March 2020.

We need this time to seek further clarification and establish if our business is classed as providing essential goods and a further update will be provided later today.

To help us clearly identify and take the appropriate action to support the government decision and protect our staff, we ask that you either ring or e-mail your relevant Branch with details of any requirements you have or orders that you require for projects that you consider to be essential to the wellbeing of the public at this difficult time.

These communications, with orders we have in our system will be evaluated during the course of the day and we will contact customers to agree an appropriate course of action to ensure we fulfill these requirements as quickly as possible.

If you are a supplier trying to deliver to us, could you also please ring the main Branch number and we will do everything we can to work within the current guidelines to unload you and therefore not need to return the goods to your business.

We thank you for your patience in these unprecedented times and encourage you to monitor our website and look out for further communication

Take care and thanks for your support and understanding from all the team at RGB.
