Winds on Scafell Pike reached 100mph at the top and gusts on Ben Nevis were a mere 80-90mph.
The Three Peaks Challenge takes in the highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales - all in less than 24 hours.
RGB, as co-sponsors with Premdor and Polypipe, congratulates the brave boys in the team for their very best efforts to raise funds for the local scout group and the Barnado's childrens charity. | |  |  |  | RGB Sponsors School Marine Challenge Team RGB was very pleased to sponsor the Great Torrington School Team at the recent Marine Challenge on Roadford Lake.
The team constructed three magnificent craft, powered by petrol, electric and solar and competed in all the events taking place on the day.
The whole exercise gave the school team good technical engineering and electronic experience and a great day out into the bargain.
